Over the past 40 years Mr. Atchley has been able to develop
business and relationships with other international businessmen and women around the world. These close relationships include
the heads of U.S. and foreign corporations as well as Kings and Political dignitaries. He has traveled the world extensively
throughout most of Europe, the Middle East, Southern Africa, China and from Canada to Central and South America. Mr. Atchley
developed the primary water purification systems used by the U.S. Military Special Forces and is accustomed to responding
to the needs of the government. Mr. Atchley has served as Executive Director of Water for the World, Inc., an international
relief organization that served the immediate needs of disaster victims and international refugees.

Dick Damron retired from the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Commander
where he had served in a variety of assignments as a Naval Flight Officer. A Viet Nam veteran with three tours in Viet Nam,
he served on numerous aircraft carriers flying combat and combat support missions. For the past eighteen years he worked in
the aerospace industry for Lockheed, Litton Industries and Northrop Grumman. His last position in aerospace was that of Division
Vice President for Litton Advanced Systems in College Park Maryland. As Director Federal Liaison, based in Washington DC,
Dick will coordinate issues involving Atchley & Associates with the various elements of the Federal Government.

JAMES P. DAVIDSON Rear Admiral USN Retired Senior

Rear Admiral James P. Davidson retired from the U.S. Navy on
September 1, 1996 after a 35-year career. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 1961 with a Bachelors degree
in Business and Applied Science. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with distinction from the University
of Michigan. Rear Admiral Davidson is Chairman of the National Defense Industrial Association Logistics Management Division
and a Vice President, serving on the Board of Directors of the National Capital Council of the Navy League.

Jawid Shahryar left Afghanistan at the age of 13 to avoid the
political environment. He moved to the U. S. and lived with his uncle Ishaq Shahryar. He was educated at California State
University, majoring in Business Admin-istration and Marketing. Mr. Shahryar has an extensive background in sales and management
over the past twenty years. He also speaks the Afghan language fluently.

BRUCE BROWN Military Liaison and Senior Associate Los

Bruce. Brown retired from the US Army after serving 29 years
as a Medical Service Officer. He served in Operations Desert Storm, Desert Shield, and Desert Farewell and was the very last
Medical Service Corps Officer to leave the theater of operations in Southwest Asia. After returning to the Continental United
States Bruce served as the Logistical Officer (G4) for the 406th Combat Support Hospital, USAR before retiring from the military.
Since 1993, and until just recently, Bruce has been the Military and Government Sales Manager for a number of companies and
the emergency management community.
